* Sunday, I was supposed to do yet another auction up, but it took a long hot epsom soak to get my legs reliable and it's hard to think through the hammer to the back of the head headache, so I have succumbed to the don't wannas. I've actually had good sleep this weekend at least.
I dreamed a book of the sort where people from this world cross over into a fantasy realm. The leads from this world were a trans man who developed into a sort of Gawain type, and a black engineer who ended up being considered a wizard because sufficiently advance tech looks like magic. There was a very nice lesbian couple from the other side they were teamed up with, but I lost the plot in the intervening hours. I wish it were a real book, as I was very much enjoying it and would have happily read it. If someone knows of or writes such a book, let me know so I CAN read it.
In related news, Tavy Button remembered that if he sleeps in the lee of my body, the air from the fan can't get him.
* Given I was too tired for news last night, I was definitely too tired for ebays, so that was a good call. Today, Tavy and I read more Charmed and Dangerous for a couple of hours, then wandered out into what turned out to be full summer for errands. I got the beasties their litter, which is good as really the office litter needs changing ASAP, if only I were well enough to manage it. It is on the tomorrow's problem list as a result. I had a reasonable forage with very little line, hit the pharmacy and library. I returned home covered in rash from the pollen and as rung out as an old towel. To the horror of the cats, I set up the window fans in the livingroom. (He hates the sensation of wind; she is scared of the sounds). I am dead exhausted, so I can't guarantee quality today.

* When I heard Kevin Smith's description of his heart attack, I kept thinking of all the women with the same symptoms who died because no one with them recognized the signs most common in women. He was incredibly lucky the people with him figured out he was in serious trouble even though he, himself didn't. I wish media wouldn't just show the most common male pattern over and over, but also show the pattern more common with women patients.
