Are you using the most recent versions of Firefox and of Chrome?
Okay try the instructions in Firefox.
1) "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
2) "Remove the Cookies" from site causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies" Scroll down to the GaiaOnline Cookies and remove them.
Restart your browser and see if that fixes things.
