* So I come out to do lungs before a scheduled scene to discovered Tavy had smashed a glass jar and was playing with the contents and that the long twenty had a slow leak. Luckily I had a back up twenty for this sort of emergency. The cory I knew was alive earlier this evening looks fine. I have male and female guppies and platys. I likely lost a generation of fry in the emergency and I'm not sure if the whiptail made it. Things look to be okay otherwise after the tank emergency. I wish i had money to restart the corys breeding program. I do not. I didn't even raise fish food this month, nor have I rescued the meds currently in hock. sigh.

* Tavy is doing fine, BTW. his favorite toys are the long tailed mouse he came with, the green braided rope, and the knitted octopus on a string thing. he’s been sleeping part of the night with me most of the week and has learned soft paws and the teeth equivalent, though it hasn’t generalized to squirrel yet. I’ve started on conflict zone training and come when call training, but I’m not sure either will stick.
